Purchase comes with a box. The box's shape and image can differ depending on the factory's production. Buying 10 PCs will get a beautiful cardboard elephant sitting like in the picture.

- Orders that have been entered cannot be cancelled.
- Product photos are for reference only. The colour/pattern of the product is not necessarily the same as the photo because the motives from the factory are always different.
- If you choose a Random Color variant, then you cannot choose a colour. The colour will be given randomly based on the balance of the existing stock.
- If the color the buyer chooses is not available or has run out, the seller will immediately notify the buyer via chat for an exchange with the available colors.

Shipping & Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Share the unboxing video of the product
  2. Access to our portal
  3. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  4. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  5. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

  • We need minimum 5 working days to process your refund, replacement product, or store credit
  • You (The customer) need to bear shipping fees to return the product
